Healthy Recipe Roundup

With everyone talking about losing a few pounds, toning up, and eating healthier, I thought I'd share some of my favorite good-for-you recipes. These are ten of my go-to breakfast, snack, dinner, and dessert recipes that help me feel satisfied without packing on the pounds. Here's to hoping these recipes can help you stick to your weight loss and overall being healthier goals!

{So rich and delicious that it will be hard to stop at just one! Good thing they only have 100 calories per cookie.}

{Just like spinach artichoke dip, this casserole is creamy and tasty but has a small amount of fat and calories. And you can serve this along side of your favorite grilled chicken or turkey dish!}

{Hands down one of my favorite dinners. It's impressive in presentation and taste, and only has 210 calories per serving.}

{A great post-workout treat that is packed full of protein. This smoothie will also curb any ice cream cravings and keep your calorie count low.}

{A decadent breakfast that tastes just like a cinnamon roll but is much better for your waistline!}

{A great breakfast, snack, or dessert, these muffins are sweet and satisfying without being full of unhealthy ingredients.}

{Such a fun variation to traditional meatballs. And you can get your kids involved and have them help roll the meatballs.}

{A family favorite, these granola bars are a delicious snack that help keep you full without a ton of sugar or calories.}

{A throw-back Thanksgiving recipe that is great year-round. These mini pies taste just like the filling to a pumpkin pie. If you are a crust person, crumble a few graham crackers on top to add crunch and flavor without adding much fat.}

{A side dish that is great with just about any meat. The fresh vegetables and melted cheese keep your taste buds happy and your waistline tiny.}
