...congrats Natalie at Free Range Human!!
Because I had so much fun with my first Greek Week and hosting the Chobani Giveaway, I'm already starting to plan for another Greek Week. While I always try to use yogurt in place of butter or oil to reduce fat and calories without sacrificing flavor, texture, or moisture, hosting Greek Week has opened my eyes to even more ways to incorporate yogurt into every day recipes. If you need some ideas of how to use yogurt in your recipes, here is a helpful Chobani conversion chart:
Also, since this post is all about Chobani, I thought I'd share some great recipes that I might use as inspiration for my next Greek Week:
Pumpkin Chobani Bread, 3 Ways by Knead to Cook
Dark Chocolate Black Cherry Oatmeal Cookie-wiches by The Spiffy Cookie
Curried Potatoes with Chickpeas by Dinners, Dishes, and Desserts
Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Squares by The Realistic Nutritionist
Tomato, Basil, and Cheddar Soup by More Fruit Please
Cho Strawberry Banana Muffins by No Sugar Sweet Life
Let me know if y'all try any of these recipes or have any favorite recipes that use yogurt as a main ingredient. I always love getting recipe suggestions!
